This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States. By placing an order on DrivenRacing.shop, you agree to the terms below. Our goal is to ensure clear communication and timely deliveries every step of the way.

Handling & Transit Times

Handling Time:

  • In-Stock Items: Ships within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Customized Products: We will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to begin the personalization process. Final delivery time depends on your approval of the design — we don’t ship until you’re fully satisfied.

Transit Time (Monday through Friday):

  • 4–6 Business Days: Bell & B2 Helmets, OMP Racing Gear, OilSafe Products, Jet-Lube, Swepco Lubricants, Valhalla & Armadillo Safety Gear, FA Alonso Kart Accessories

  • 7–14 Business Days: FA Alonso Full Karts, Frames, Kart Sticker Kits, Personalized Teamwear and Standard Solid Covers with Logos (ePro, iPro, tPro, Custom Car Reveal Covers), Inflate Capsules (iBubble, eBubble)

  • 4–6 Weeks: Custom Suits, Personalized Underwear, and Made-to-Order Covers (iArt, Bespoke Reveal Cover)

Order Cut-Off Time

- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Partners

- We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FEDEX. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is processed.

Shipping Costs

-We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders (ORDER OVER $100).

Address Changes

-To request a shipping address change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. See contact information below.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

-If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping the package. Please confirm your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

-All shipped orders will include a tracking number sent by email. You may track your shipment status on the carrier’s website.

Order Cancellations

-You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. If your order has already left our warehouse, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further instructions.

Damaged Shipments

- If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • If possible, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

  • If the package was delivered in your absence, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the damaged package and item. We will assist in resolving the issue.
