Used engines include the engine and carburetor only — no additional components. Bore size is approximately 3–4 sizes from maximum legal bore, meaning these engines are at the top of their performance life. Recommended for experienced programs running them as dedicated racing engines.

Mini Swift — 60cc

The Mini Swift is the entry point for serious competition in the USA, built for drivers ages 7–12 competing in the 60cc Stock class. A single-cylinder, 2-stroke air-cooled engine with centrifugal dry clutch and electric starter, it delivers reliable, class-legal performance in a straightforward package. Carburetor: Tillotson HW-31A. Bore: 41.81mm (max 42.10mm). Stroke: 43mm.

KA100 (Reedjet) — 100cc

The KA100 is one of the most widely run 100cc engines in the USA, trusted at USPKS, SKUSA, and regional series for its consistent performance and low operating cost. Reed valve induction, analogic ignition with adjustable timing, and electric starter make it a practical, high-output platform for Junior and Senior competitors ages 12 and up. Carburetor: Tillotson HW-33A. Bore: 48.20mm (max 48.53mm). Stroke: 54mm.

X30 125cc — Spec. UK/USA

The X30 is the most successful engine in modern karting, active in more than 30 countries and trusted at every level from club racing to international championships. It combines modern features — electric starter, balancer shaft, water cooling, and digital ignition — with traditional specifications including a diaphragm carburetor and no power valve. The result is an engine that is consistent, durable, and genuinely fun to drive. All X30 units are manufactured on latest-generation CNC machining centers, ensuring zero performance variance between engines. Carburetor: Tillotson HW-27A. Bore: 54.00mm (max 54.28mm). Stroke: 54mm. For competitors ages 12 and up.

X30 Super Shifter — 175cc Spec. USA

The X30 Super Shifter is the pinnacle of the IAME lineup — a water-cooled, 6-speed gearbox engine delivering 49 HP from 174.46cc. Built for the 175cc Gearbox Stock class and designed for competitors ages 15 and up, it combines the proven X30 platform with the added dimension of sequential shifting. Reed valve induction, analogic ignition, and push start. Carburetor: Tillotson HB-15A. Bore: 63.90mm (max 64.26mm). Stroke: 54.40mm.
