The OilSafe 55 Gallon Drum Work Station brings best-practice contamination control to standard 55-gallon drums in a modular, compact design.

Featuring 2-way filtration (discharge and recirculation), a gear pump, and a stainless steel dispensing console, this station helps extend equipment life by maintaining ISO oil cleanliness standards.

Shipped pre-assembled, it provides plug-and-play reliability for operations where uptime and contamination control are critical.

• Two-Way Oil Filtration: Filters while dispensing and recirculating (kidney-loop) to maintain high lubricant cleanliness levels and reduce wear-related failures.
• Positive Displacement Gear Pump: Delivers consistent flow (3–5 GPM) with internal bypass—suitable for ISO VG 680 oils and below.
• 7 Micron β2000 Rated Filter: Spin-on filter standard; 4μ and 25μ options available to meet specific ISO cleanliness targets.
• Dedicated Suction Spear & Drum Ventilation: Stainless/PVC suction hose with cam coupler plus desiccant breather to protect oil integrity.
• Pre-Assembled Stainless Dispensing Console: Compact 14” x 24” footprint includes drip tray and electronic start/stop buttons for clean, ergonomic operation.
